Does that make God a narcissist? A Narcissist is one who is defined as someone with an exceptional interest in or admiration for oneself and it implies egotism, vanity and even conceit. Yet The Bible has many scriptures about praising and worshiping God. From a human viewpoint, that seems to deliver a mixed message. As Christians, we are taught to be humble as Jesus was humble even to His death on the cross. Today, let’s go into the very Word of God and see the truth.

In this far-from-perfect world, why does God proclaim fellowship among Christian believers as vitally important? Why indeed. People’s lives have become incredibly busy and many Christians feel lucky if they can even spare an hour to appear in church on a regular basis. Even if they are faithful in attending, too many times they leave right after service for their favorite restaurant. They feel that they have fulfilled their obligation (quote gesture) “to gather together” with other Christians. But is that really all there is to prove that they accept the sacrifice of Jesus Christ?

Okay, some might say, but what about putting our offerings in the plate each week…surely that lays up great rewards in heaven? And how about joining in singing every hymn? What’s the big deal about fellowshipping with others of like mind? Well, watch what the Apostle John had to say when he wrote these words of admonition in 1 John 1:6-7.

John’s proclamation, defined as a clear declaration of something important, establishes that the sharing of hidden knowledge forges a vital fellowship between Christians. Then Notice the connecting chain between John and his fellow Christians and his fellowship with the Father and with His son.

Your response may be something like this, “That’s all well and good, but I believe that I already have fellowship with Jesus Christ now” That might be true, but there’s more to learn as we read on in 1 John 1:6-7.

What happens right after a person dies? Whether or not he or she is a Christian, the answer is the same, and it is probably not what you have been taught to believe.

A word of caution: If you have recently lost a loved one this message may be on too sensitive a topic at this time. You may wish to bookmark it, however, for a later viewing.

Over the years, we have delivered programs that dealt with questions about the Immortality of the Soul, the Truth about Hell, the Rapture, the Tribulation and many other prophetic revelations.

It appears, however, that there are an increasing number of programs, movies and social media videos about people claimed to have died, gone to heaven and were allowed to return to describe what they’ve seen.

My team and I have no intention of impugning motives for what a person believes that they have experienced, but we do have a burden to test the reality of such reports through the unchanging Word of God.

Stay with us to the end of this message as we prove that both the saved and the unbeliever all sleep in death that lasts until their awakening at the last trumpet. In fairness, we will look at both sides of the questions that are raised by how one interprets the scriptures.

There are those who point to the Apostle Paul’s statement as recorded in Philippians as proof that the dead in Christ go immediately to heaven when they die.

Today’s message is from Colossians two and continues the Apostle Paul’s warning about an important yet sensitive question—“Can a dedicated Christian be deceived by false preachers?”
In Revelation 3:11 we find this most serious warning from the mouth of Jesus Christ the anointed Messiah: “I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”

False Teachers, False Preachers and False Prophets are the Devil’s offspring…his children…as described in Genesis 3:15. Men and women who preach another gospel are wolves in sheep’s clothing.

They pass themselves off as Christians, but their “Name It and Claim It” doctrine is designed to provide themselves with money used to buy mansions, expensive cars and even jet planes.

In the process of milking the congregation of tithes and offerings, they are also leading their followers away from the path to eternal life. Paul’s letter to the Colossians are a strong warning to Christians then…and to us now!
